6:47pm Altar - Large candle, (small candle & one stick of incense only if doshi opens from zendo) Light lobby altar - candle, set out two sticks.
6:50pm Ten minute han

7:00pm Zazen after incense, 3 bells with doshi (O at mat, O towards seat, O away from seat)

7:30pm Orientation  

7:50pm Kinhin clack to start & end...
8:00pm Zazen (encouraging words) Ring 3 bells to start on your own.O.....O.....O
8:30pm Kinhin clack to start & end...
8:40pm Zazen (20 minutes)

9:00pm Refuges - ring bells at end of 3rd repeat with doshi's bows O,  O, exit O..O

Friday / Saturday Day 

5:47 Light Altar - Large candle,small candle,set out one stick of incense     
5:50 10 minute Han in lobby on mokugyo.  
6:00 Zazen - after jundo, ring 3 bells with doshi's bows 
 (O at mat, O while bowing towards his/her cushion & O while bowing to sangha)
6:24 Ring 2 bells to end zazen and signal kinhin 

6:25 Kinhin -  Strike clackers once to start kinhin. X   Some people exit to bathroom.
6:34 Strike clackers to end kinhin, walk back to your cushion and lead bow to sit.  

6:35 Zazen- Ring 3 bells to start on your own.O.....O.....O
7:00 Ring 2 bells to end zazen and signal kinhin.  O..O

7:00 Kinhin-Strike clackers once to start kinhin.X   Some people exit to bathroom.
7:09  Strike clackers to end kinhin.  X   walk back to your cushion and lead bow to sit.  

7:10 Zazen -  Ring 3 bells to start on your own.O.....O.....O
7:37 Light Altars - Main altar: small candle, set out two sticks of incense, light charcoal for kobaku and remove lid from chip incense. Light candles on side altars.
7:40 Ring one bell to end zazen.   O

7:40 Service - play mokugyo for chants in Japanese
8:00 Soji (temple cleaning)
8:20 Work leader should signal the end of soji, be aware of the time and be his/her backup on this. |A roll down and single sit on the clackers is done:  X.....X...X..X.X.X.Xxxxxxx......X
8:20 Oryoki Breakfast

9:00 Ino will clack twice at the end of closing breakfast chant, this after the bowls are tied up, and floor cleaned. Follow with two bells. O..O.   And be ready to do exit bells with doshi's bows; O at mat,  O..O when doshi exits the room with jisha and shuso.  [note: single doshi bow at mat unlike end of service or end of day when there are two]
9:10 Break - extinguish candles

11:30 Kinhin  - clack once to start X and once to finish X, lead bow to sit
11:40 Zazen - 3 bells to start O....O....O  one to end zazen followed by service O
11:57 Light altar; small candle, one stick of incense, charcoal for kobaku. Light candles on side altars
12:00 Service  (Metta Sutta) (no mokugyo)
12:10 Oryoki Lunch Same as breakfast. Two bells followed by exit bells as at breakfast. Bring bell to oryoki cushion.
