  • On the Alabama Street Bridge across I-5

On Monday, November 7, members of Red Cedar Zen Communities will have the opportunity to join with other Bellingham faith communities to display the "Let Love Be Our Legacy' banner on the Alabama Street bridge over I-5. This gesture is a peaceful response to the divisive election season, and an opportunity to meet new friends and support a day of calm awareness and kindness.

The banner display will happen from 7:30am until 9:00am, and again from 4:30pm until 6:00pm. There will also be a banner display on the Sehome overpass from 7:30am until 9:00am on the same day.

There is no sign-up for this event. Please come show your support, and be sure to dress warmly. If you have any questions, please contact Andrea Thach at andrea.thach@gmail.com or 510.298.7833.
