Join us in this rare opportunity to spend the day doing nothing but zazen (sitting meditation), kinhin (walking meditation), and bowing.

We will maintain silence throughout, with bells to mark meditation periods, and chanting the Refuges aloud when we end.

The zazenkai will be led by Andrea Thach andrea.thach@gmail.com.  Please feel free to contact her if you have any questions.

If you are planning to come and this will be your first time, please contact Andrea for orientation. Those materials will also be posted the week of the Zazenkai.

No registration fee, please consider a dana donation of $5-10 for the day of sitting to the teacher.

Schedule: Zazen beings at 8:00am, the day concludes with Refuges at 12:30pm.
