Five Day Residential Sesshin with Eko Jeff Kelley and Nomon Tim Burnett hosted by Seattle Soto Zen.
Friday 7pm through Wednesday 3pm with the option to attend the opening weekend only.
Sesshin, our Soto Zen form of intensive meditation retreat, offers us the chance to deeply investigate the true nature of this human life.
Our silent sesshin will include zazen, kinhin, service, Dharma talks, dokusan and oryoki meals (instruction available).
The Camp is situated on Puget Sound with beautiful views and the chance to walk on the beach during breaks and a zendo right on the water.
We will be sleeping dormitory style in eight shared bedrooms. You may also sleep in the zendo. Please join us. Contact Seattle Soto Zen to register.
