  • Classes are offered at no cost to Red Cedar Zen members.

A monthly group with Shūkō Edie Norton for all Red Cedar Zen Members interested in deepening their practice. Designed for those facing increasing limitations due to health or aging. Students should have the intention to attend most of the six monthly meetings.

From1pm to 2:30pm the following Sundays:  June 9th, July 14th, August 4th, September 8th, October 6th and November 3rd.

Pema Chodron, No Time to Lose (recently reissued as Becoming Bodhisattvas, they are the same book). Please bring your own copy of the book.

Study Process
Each group meeting will include discussion, experiential exercises, and reflection in small groups to support participants in engaging personally with the material to create your own bodhisattva "plan." Home-based reflections and projects in between meetings will be offered as well.
