The Board of Directors oversees RCZC's practical operations and aims to include members of diverse ages, genders, and practice backgrounds. The Board is focussed on operations, finance, long term planning, and keeping the sangha legally and officially afloat.
All members are welcome to visit monthly Board meetings.
WE ARE CURRENTLY OPENING TWO BOARD SEATS. IF YOU HAVE INTEREST IN JOINING OUR BOARD, PLEASE CONSIDER ATTENDING A MEETING.
For now we are meeting in our Virtual Zendo via Zoom. To join us in the Virtual Zendo you need the Zoom link and the password. The link is https://zoom.us/j/5601791305 and the passwords is the same as our physical door code.
Please bear in mind that you are entering into an ongoing conversation when you visit and that agendas are usually full. If you have a significant matter to discuss, please contact the Board President, Bob Rose at basilbob1@gmail.com or 360-708-1139 ahead of time to add an agenda item to the meeting. Sometimes you may be asked to wait for the next meeting depending on depending agenda items.
Note that the Practice Committee supports the Guiding Teacher in overseeing matters of practice and program. Practice Committee meetings are also open to visitors.
