An important ceremony for the Shuso's training and part of the culmination of Practice Period.
Join us with a question from the heart to share with Shuso Joden Bob Rose at the Hossinshiki ceremony which also concludes the Practice Period Closing Sesshin.
Everyone in the Winter Practice Period is warmly encouraged to attend whether you are able to sit the sesshin or not.
The ceremony is a heart-to-heart encounter between each Practice Period student and the shuso. Together we bring up the Dharma in this important empowerment ritual for the shuso and the sangha.
For those not sitting the sesshin: please RSVP with the registration system to let us know if you're coming. The ceremony at 11am takes about an hour and is followed by lunch, social time, and cleaning up the zendo.
Please use the overall Practice Period Registration to let us know which events you'll be attending.
