New date for our rained out Sitting in the Park
Join us in settling deeply into zazen immersed in the leafy trees of this old park while surrounded by the joyful buzz of other park goers. A true community sit.
We'll alternate sitting and walking meditation using the gazebo at Elizabeth Park in Bellingham. If the gazebo fills, there is plenty of sitting space on the grass just outside the gazebo.
Please bring your own cushions or chair, a ground cloth to place under your cushions, layered clothing as needed. Consider a warm blanket.
Hard rain with wind cancels, anything milder we'll be there!

Informal socializing invited after the sit.
