A class of 4 sessions during practice period

This class is designed for those who are curious about Zen meditation as well as those who are already meditating and want to learn more. It's also a great way to gather in community and learn how Zen is practiced in the Red Cedar Zen Community style.

The class will cover instruction in sitting and walking meditation, information about Buddhism and Zen practice, and integrating meditation practice into daily life. There will be small and large group discussion and meditation and mindfulness exercises outside of class.

The class will be taught by Seishu John Wiley and Heigaku Talus Latona.

We ask participants to make a commitment to attend at least 3 of the 4 sessions.  To register for the class please click the Register button on the left (or the appropriate blue button below).

Schedule: Four Tuesdays - January to March, 6:30pm - 8:00pm on Zoom (usual virtual Zendo link sent with registration)

 Pre-registration required.

Please Register for the class  here.
