Join us for this important sangha evening with meditation and ceremony to open our annual 8-week Winter Practice Period and consider our intentions for practice during this time. The Opening Ceremony is the first part of the Opening Sesshin.
This year we will practice under the guidance of our shuso (head student) Ikushun Desiree Webster, assisted by benji Daishin Bob Andrews.
Guiding Teacher Teacher Nomon Tim Burnett, Visiting Teacher Ryushin Andrea Thach, and incoming Shuso Ikushun Desiree will conduct the Shuso Entering Ceremony followed by the Practice Period Opening Ceremony in which we all state our intentions.

This ceremony takes place during our regular Thursday evening practice - just drop in. If attending in person, please come for the entire evening.
