Samish Island Dharma Talks, June 24 -30, 2023

All are welcome to come to Samish Island for the daily Dharma talks during our annual 8-day Samish Island Sesshin.

Please arrive by 10:30am for the 10:40am talk - the community will be doing walking meditation just before the talk starts. It is a five minute walk from the parking to the large zendo building.

Talks will also be broadcast on Zoom but note that the internet connection is unreliable at Samish. Skips and pauses or nothing at all on Zoom are a possibility. Use our regular Zoom link.

Registration:
No registration or fees, however donations for the speakers are appreciated. Cash donations boxes available or give dana online.

Talks this  year will be by Guiding Teacher Nomon Tim Burnett and sesshin Red Cedar Zen Founding Teacher Zoketsu Norman Fischer.

Talks Schedule: 10:40am Daily.

Directions
After parking just below the small plywood cabins by the other parked cars, walk across the large lawn to your right (to the east) to the large barn-like multi-purpose structure we use as the zendo. Those with mobility issues can drive directly to the zendo (ask the Retreat Manager for exact directions).
