Queer Sangha Monthly Practice

Everyone who practices with the felt sense of queerness is welcome to attend this monthly community gathering. No prior experience is necessary; come as you are.

This event is free to the public, though donations to RCZC are welcome. We meet every 2nd Friday from 6:15pm to 8:30pm. If you would like an orientation to the building and/or meditation, please reach out to orientation@redcedarzen.org.

Schedule:

• Two 20-minute periods of meditation, with an optional wiggle break in between.
• 10 minutes of slow walking meditation.
• Chanting a prayer-poem for Loving Kindness together.
• Small group discussion following a prompt.
• Social time and closing by 8:30pm.
