We live in a time when we’re all hearing the cries of the world. Avalokitesvara, Mahayana Bodhisattva of compassion, mercy and love, models for us how to respond in difficult times. Please join us for a day of practice and exploration of how Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva can guide us in our practice as we navigate through the confusion of Samsara, this world of suffering.
In this gentle day of silent practice, we will weave together sitting and walking meditation, with small and large group discussions. New and experienced practitioners of Zen are welcome! There is no need to know traditional Zen forms to participate. Orientation will be available for newcomers.
Lunch will be provided. Click here for a schedule.
