An important ceremony for the Shuso's training and part of the culmination of Practice Period.
Join us with a question from the heart to share with Shuso Seiu Hannah Sullivan at the Hossinshiki ceremony which also concludes the Practice Period Closing Sesshin.
Everyone in the Winter Practice Period is warmly encouraged to attend whether you are signed up for the sesshin or not.
The ceremony is a heart-to-heart encounter between each Practice Period student and the shuso. Together we bring up the Dharma in this important empowerment ritual for the shuso and the sangha.

The ceremony at 2pm includes zazen, hinsin and the ceremony, and takes about 90 minutes. Note that the ceremony is on Saturday afternoon this year.
